An Update on the Blog

Hi All! I wanted to give you brief updates on the blog. First, I have moved DeTrinitate (the former name of this writing space) to TGC Canada's website as a column. Second, I have renamed this blog The Perch. 

Why the perch? Well, it's more of a placeholder name. At first, I was thinking that the name would represent me looking down at matters from a high elevation. Now, I think it represents me as a writer perched over a variety of topics to write about. So, it's a simple name that fits the content of the blog.

Speaking of which, I will continue writing here at The Perch regularly. Yet I will write much more freely on a wide range of topics. I will continue to write faith-based articles. But they could simply be on the topic of sleep or on a fascinating film.

DeTrinitate, now on TGC Canada's site (see here), will primary host my practical and fitting theological writing. Yet much theological writing will still appear here, especially when the writing is denser or less fitting for the TGC Canada platform.
